Yesterday the first enquiries for ECHOES went out. Personally, one by one, to people who have become part of our public memory.
I had prepared myself for patience. Instead the first positive replies came back sooner than I expected.
So ECHOES starts on 1 October.
ECHOES does not ask what became of someone. It asks what image of a person remains — and meets them anew today. Every encounter begins with a conversation, not with a camera.
And with that, three projects are running at the same time for the first time: TWO WAYS OF BEING REAL, where the first editions are available. WORTH THE TIME. TWICE., where applications are open. And ECHOES, which is just beginning. All three are simultaneously in the conceptual and in the production phase.
The new start has worked.
